Kent Chamberlain has owned and operated several successful yacht sales organizations both in California and Florida. In his twenty-eight years in the industry he has also served as Vice President of Westship Yachts, and General Manager of Merle Wood and Associates and Bradford Yachts.

An accomplished broker with experience in sales, management and charter, Kent conceived of the PartnerShips' concept for fractional yacht sales. His dedication to the industry and to his constituents is most apparent as the founder and chairman of the Superyacht Network www.superyachtnetwork.net. This is a private group of elite superyacht brokers who meet monthly to share industry information. He is well regarded by his competitors as a broker with high integrity and an uncompromised work ethic.

Michael Rettig brings a strong background in business operations and management from several industries including: international trade and transportation, real estate construction and development, and vessel ownership and management. Michael’s knowledge of corporate operations and his financial expertise, provide PartnerShips with a high level of professional business management for long-term planning as well as day to day operations.

Daphne D’offay is one of the most known and respected charter brokers in the industry. Her worldwide reputation precedes her. As an active member of the Florida Yacht Broker’s Charter Committee, she has been a force in the industry for many years. She maintains a database of hundreds of customers worldwide, and represents our fleet to the market when owners contribute time to the charter pool.

Sanaa Vohra is a former manager of the Concierge Division of American Express Centurion Card. In addition to providing the type of highly-personalized service that our clientele expect, she is intimately familiar with the yachting industry. Her family's shipyard has been building yachts for many years. Special requests and memorable experiences are fielded by our concierge department, and Sanaa ensures that our owners receive impeccable service.

Christine Cloutier is PartnerShips in-house accountant. She is also a licensed Captain and Yacht Broker. Her knowledge of yachts and prior experience as the controller of a prestigious law firm, assures us accurate and relevant accounting. She also manages our client accounts, providing each with monthly status reports and year-end financial statements.

Shade Aaronberg has been involved in major refit projects both as a hands-on employee, as well as project manager. With his experience as a First Mate, Shade has the appropriate background to assist in all aspects of vessel maintenance and yacht repair. He is also head of crew relief services for our fleet, which helps insure that all crew get appropriate time to revitalize.
